How do I get the messages and lists of purchases on my desktop , don't have them on desktop

On my android I can look at past items purchased  and have recieved messages relivent to me atempting to return an item . As I dont have thye messages on my desk top I can't print off a return label .

Basically it appears the messages and purchaes  aren't  displayed on desktop ?????

Log into your email account on your desktop computer and print out from there.
