How do I rejoin with new details to purchase items?

Why can't you just update this account you are posting on with your new details?

If you are wanting to open another account to get around buyer blocks, eBay restrictions or buying limits, you are not allowed to do that, doing so would result in eBay closing all accounts and banning you and your household from ever having an eBay account again

I am not sure what you mean. You are obviously logged in, or you wouldn't be able to post, so your account seems to be working.

Has your buying activity been limited? If so, you will have to wait until they lift the restrictions.
