How do I stop emails BPAY View Notifications as I can't find the Internet Banking Site

Hi, I would like to stop emails from EBAY, especially the BPAY View Notifications and it has said to go to BPAY View Section and then go onto Internet Banking Site BUT   I can't find how to even get into that area?
