Hi there,
I have tried a few times to upgrade my seller account from a Basic Store to a Featured Store, to no avail. I keep getting the error message "the requirements to open a store have not been met"

All I want is to upgrade from a Basic Store to a Featured Store. How best to do this with minimum fuss??
