How do you unsubcribe from the ebay fees"

I got an email from ebay this morning stating I was to pay them a sum of $139.93 for the month of October that I have no idea what its for ????   I just sold something recently but they have already taken their share of the sales money from it before I got my share of it ??  How do I contact someone thats here in australia to fix this ???
