I cannot contact <Removed> which I bought on auction 2 queen quilts and have not received! I

my first one was bought on 25/3/14 number 151261913555 $15.50 postage was $20.00 The second one bought on 4/4/14 number 151270128042 $20.00 postage $7.50. They say on my ëbay mail they have been postage but i have not got them! I have tried to contact them but they are not sending me any emails! I have contacted you ,and you first said ït wasn't long enough and they still might come! They second time was "'CONTACT <Removed>'" WHICH I HAVE HAD NO SUCCESS WITH AT ALL! i AM GETTING SO STRESSED WITH ALL THIS I WOULD REALLY LIKE YOU TO TAKE OVER? i KNOW <Removed> have been taken off your selling site, BUT I DID BUY THESE QUILTS BEFORE THIS HAPPENED. please help me as i don't know what else to do.
