Hi it won't recognise my password, so I went to personal settings and tried to add a new Password, but it still wants my Old one, and I've entered the temporary one sent to me by text to log in, and can't change my password can you help thanks.
Are you sure it's your password that was incorrect as it will give the same error page if the eBay name or email was entered incorrectly ?
