If you mean your eBay membership, there’s no number. You are identified by your eBay user ID, as padi says.
If you mean eBay Plus membership, as far as I know it’s your eBay user ID again. (I don’t know for certain; I wouldn’t join eBay Plus in a chartreuse fit, no matter how many vouchers they offered me.)
If you mean SmartyCashBack (as quite a few eBay members have been caught out by SmartyCash membership recurring charges without realising the T&Cs), I would imagine the details and any membership number would be in the welcome/confirmation email.
If you mean your PayPal membership, that is identified by your email address.
That should cover it… but if it’s something else, post here again but be more specific (without giving any personal details because these are public boards).
