I had to open a second ebay account as I have my registered business and then I have my private sellers account, problem is I'd rack

I had to open a second ebay account as I have a new registered business but I still have my own private items.  Problem is I had accumulated a good feedback score but this carried over into my on line store and my private ebay account has no feedback score whatsoever.  The question is did I handle this the right way, or what should I have done and what do I do now? ?:|  I havent started listing in this account with zero feedback yet.  Appreciate any comments.  Cheers
