I have a disputed amount taken from my credit card

OK I want to contact ebay but no... I have had $461.50 taken from my credit card and I can't get any help from ebay  do I need to make a complaint to a legal representative or can I please be able to contact ebay in some way directly.

To follow up… if you have been contacted by a scammer, these are criminal organisations with significant resources and they will fake being eBay or your bank or the ATO or Centrelink or Amazon / or anyone or anything to convince their victims.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Never ever tell anyone your verification code if you receive one. Never. And don’t enter it into a webpage to which someone has directed you with a link. You should only use it when you yourself have typed in the correct URL in a fresh browser in a device or computer that you know isn’t compromised.

 

 

I’m mentioning this in case you were contacted by a scammer. It’s not answering your question about contacting eBay simply because eBay are not the ones who can do something about a fraudulent charge on your credit card.

 

Please do post again with any additional information - but of course not your private information. You should not post anything private on these boards, and be very cautious about giving any information to anyone calling you out of the blue, no matter who they say they are.
