Do you mean in your actual ebay messages there is a request for payment?
Your feedback shows two purchases in the past month, did you pay for those?
Or did you get an email/phone call from a scammer saying you owe money?
Or an eBay auto generated payment reminder email ?
Or did you sign up for the eBay Plus trial and not cancel before the paid period kicked in?
It is very hard for other members to advise with a vague comment in the heading to go on
