You proceed by paying for your purchases so sellers do not block you and you get strikes against you
The postage charges would have been shown on the listing so you would know what they were up front
Or the listing would have indicated you needed to ask the seller about postage to your area/freight prior to purchase
Find another seller who does not have blocks in place
