I placed an order today and was given a code for $10 discount on my item .The code was AFTERPAY10.
When I entered the code, it was rejected - 4 times.
Not happy about this and feel I was mislead.
I await your prompt response to this matter.
We are ordinary members here, not eBay staff.
If you want to contact eBay, you can contact them via live char from the help page (during normal business hours).
Did you select Afterpay to pay? That code only works with Afterpay and can only be used once. It is not available on all listings either, so if you don't see Afterpay as an option to pay at checkout, it might not be available for your item, so the code can't work either.

do you have an afterpay account?
You would need to set one up prior to buying if you don’t.
I didn’t have one until I saw the voucher. I found something I wanted to buy then set up an account.
Be aware that you will need to provide ID like Driver Licence and medicare card details.
@jen101155 . You have been given several replies. Perhaps it is because they are not what you wanted to hear, but even so members took the time to respond to you....disappointed that you say otherwise
You even made the comment on one of the replies. so you obviously saw them
IF eBay did read here (which they do not) the response would be the same
To use an AfterPay code, you need an AfterPay account and also meet all t&c of the code
