I recently ordered a number of items via a regular seller on Ebay- directly and despite taking my money (almost $250.00 Aus) and receiving an email acknowleging payment etc. I have NEVER received the shipment.
I have tried contacting them and am not allowed to open the website, ALL emails have bounced straight back even though previous orders have been delivered without issue.
Does anyone know if this company has become bankrupt or is there an alternative way to contact them, I cannot even find their phone number, please?
