I sold an item during COVID border closures and the buyer is trying to contact me

EBAY keeps blocking us, so there is no way he can come to collect.  It was a legitimate ebay transaction.

How do you know  the buyer is trying to contact you if eBay is blocking communication?

Please provide some more details of exactly what has  happened.
