If the item is "not as described" and the seller is in Australia they should send you a postage return label. If it is a "change of mind" return then it's your responsibility to pay for the return postage.
In a "not as described" case you must open a dispute with eBay's Money Back Guarantee, if you are within the time limit of 30 days past the final ETA of the parcel.
