You have to tell us what you mean with "submit". You have to cancel the right way (from your eBay Plus account), or eBay won't do anything. And they don't read here, as already stated by other members.

If you can't log in to your eBay Plus account (which would mean your membership was indeed cancelled) and they are still withdrawing money from your account, you have to contact them via live chat from the help page.

As you are asking on a member to member forum which eBay do not read (and is not the correct way to request they stop if they did) did you indeed cancel correctly?

If you just posted on here, or sent eBay an email, that wasn’t cancelling

Nobody here can do that for you, we are just members like yourself.

You need to go into your eBay Plus account and talk to the CS reps there.
