There is'nt one, the call center closed well over three years ago

But even if there were, ringing eBay would not be how to ask about something still a week away from being due

What issue are you assuming will happen to need to involve eBay?

ladoug2, there are many many people here, members with actual experience using ebay and knowledge of the policies . It has already been said the call center is closed, so posting another new thread asking for the phone number is'nt going to give a new answer

Have you checked your purchases to see if the seller has uploaded a tracking number?

You still have a week, so eBay won't do anything at this stage.

If the item does not arrive by the estimated delivery, contact the seller, and if the seller is unresponsive, upon a case.

Are you new to eBay or is this just a secondary account?

If you are new, go to your purchases and check if there is a tracking number, as already said.

Most items sent from Australia have a tracking number.

If not, you can either contact the seller or wait until the last day of the estimated delivery is over and then take action.

You didn't order anything from eBay - you ordered from a seller using the eBay platform.

What does the tracking say?

With or without tracking, you will have to wait until after the last EDD before you can do anything.

Then you need to use the tracking. eBay can't tell you anything. A week before it is even due, why are you already worried?
