Now trying to get eBay to check this withdrawal seems to impossible. How to get in contact with eBay for just a withdrawal not something we bought or sold

Have you actually notified your bank and asked them to investigate?

And cancel the card so no more unauthorised withdrawals are made

If money has been withdrawn from your account and you did not authorise it, you must d that before worrying about contacting eBay

It is up to your bank to check

Has money actually been taken from your account

Did you get a phisihing email saying money has been taken out for something eBay related?
