My ID has change and not by me, why?

I had thousands of purchases on my old ID but now it has changed by don't know who and it shows me only have 5 purchases. Why is this?

Does anyone else use your computer/device and left themselves signed in/remembered?

Or did you log in with your email address (or username) and current password and it went to this ID? 

The ID you are currently posting on here was opened in 2019, so it's not a 'new user'

Have you tried logging out, clearing cache etc and then logging in again ?
