I have tried everything but Ebay will not tell me why. I forwarded all of the information required but nothing has happened. When I contact Ebay they tell me that the account restriction department will contact me. Who can I appeal too.
Do you mean for buying or for selling ?
If it's selling are you trying to verify your account with Managed Payments ?
