My account has been suspended because one customer send message to asking for a pickup address

My account has been suspended because one customer send message to asking for a pickup address and we gave the address to him. From my understanding, send address to customer when he ask for pickup is not against the ebay policy because it's not something we offer customer to do business off ebay. A lot of customer want to come to store to check the quality and even try it on before commit to buy it. After arguing with ebay customer service for few hours, I got my account back. Howeve, all my listings have been deleted and my account and list are looks like a new store now. It affect my sales a lot and I am very frustrated on this.

 

I also feel this is a set-up. because after this, i tried to contact that customer who was asking for pickup address, hendoesn't bother to reply me at all which is abnormal. If this is a set-up, ebay should investigate on this and fully recover my account. Even it's not a set-up, it's still unfair to suspend my account just because of this. That's just ridiculous.
