I recently had an item up for sale and the winning bidder declined to pay, wont repsond to messages, just refuses to communicate.
I opened a dispute 5 days ago, closed it now and relisted the item.
When I went to leave feedback, I had a quick look at his past and there are other comments there from other sellers that pretty much detail exactly my problem but they are listed as POSITIVE feedback. He obviously does this regularly, sellers are not happy, but his score is still 100%. How does this happen? I want to leave negative feedback but I dont want to add to his positive score.
