Not happy with outcome of payment dispute.

I am not happy with the outcome of a payment dispute. I am a seller. I have spoken to a representative on the online chat and they have said they cannot offer me seller protection. So I now have to pay back over $200 and I no longer have the item as it was posted - via Australia Post with tracking! Can someone please tell me how I make an official complaint?

please provide further explanations/arguments/details.....we are fellow sellers/buyers like you....no-one from eBay read here....give details, so we can respond in a reasonable fashion
