Person who has the same phone number lived at this address 6 years ago. I was told by ebay my selling is limited because this person had owed ebay $25 from that time. When I contacted this person they tried to pay and collections didnt know anything and ebay said to ring collections who then told him to ring ebay. How the hell can he pay the money then.
