Fellow buyers and sellers cannot do this for you, nor did we post any links, you will need to take that up with eBay
And as you know, because it has been explained many times
eBay do not read here. Not ever
Nobody here can offer any help without knowing any details, or the reason you want a refund
What is the reason for the refund?
Have you attempted to contact the seller?
If the item is not as described, you open an item not as described dispute
If the item has not arrived......
What was the estimated delivery date inserted by eBay?
How you allowed enough time for the postal delays ?
Especially since you have again choosen to buy off a seller in China
