I inadvertantly opened a indivisual seller account instead of a business account. I now cant open a business account as the email address is 'already registered'. I have gone through the arduous 'close account' process but still cant use the address. Am i just not waiting long enough? Can this email address still be used on ebay?

An account does not close immediately.....you have to wait a few weeks(?) before it is finally closed but I doubt that you will be able to use the same email address again.
Just set yourself upa hotmail address for ebay....it will make life easy for you and can be used immediately.
