My mother purchased a dementia clock on the 24/9/22 and it was to be delivered between 28/9-30/9 it has not arrived as yet. I have contacted Aramex who informed me they have received the shipping information but not the physical item. And that I should contact the seller. I'm sending this information on her behalf as she is a first-time user of online shopping, and this has not help her think she should have tried. Can you please contact me to when she is to expect this item.
I had a similar case recently, also with Aramex, and looking at your tracking mine looked exactly the same and never changed.
Aramex said the "sortation centre" is not run by them and that they didn't have the item.
I contacted the seller and did get a refund.
