Scammer say he paid for item and did not and now harassing me … EBay are hopeless to contact??????

Scammer says paid for goods well after item was listed as sold, no money in my account ??? EBay impossible to contact !!!!

Is the payment showing in your Seller Hub ?

Are you registered to sell and signed up for managed payments  ?

If you're not signed up, you won't receive any payment until  you are.

To add: The ladder is a pick up only item and it's highly unlikely that your buyer is a scammer .

You have no feedback as a seller on this account, so if you last sold a long time ago ebay consider you a ‘new’ seller

IF you have completed sign up for Managed Payments, your funds will be in hold for 30 days, 

Have you completed sign up and been verified to sell?

Just make sure you have done what you are required to do as a seller before you accuse the buyer of being a scammer
