The customer service is absolutely terrible , you send msgs, emails phone calls no one responds.

EBay a nightmare if you need help. 
they don’t respond to any calls emails or msg. I’m discussed.

Emails are bot automated and pointless

 

eBay staff very rarely read the member to member forum

 

Phone calls are hit and miss to to if they really actually exist for issues outside Managed Payments issues

 

You could use eBay Help at the top of every page

 

Or if you want factual information, you can ask other members here (who, unlike eBay staff) actually have experience using the site as buyer and sellers, and who know policies

 

eBay staff will give you a pre-written scripted response 

 

Have you fully signed up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell?

 

Is this in regards to your payments being on hold (as they should be, and as you agreed to when you listed?)

 

You do need to stop leaving totally irrelevant feedback for your buyers, they cannot change the labels nor the postage methods you selected (unless someone else did your listings for you)

 

And you need to stop telling your buyers to 'rectify issues' 

 

 

 

You really need to read the selling basics as you clearly have no idea what you are doing nor how eBay basics work 

 

No use being discussed (sic) at other members, you have not asked anything of us

 

But you do need to stop leaving inappropriate feedback for your buyers, you are the one choosing who you post with and what labels you use. Not the buyer

You are going to be in a world of hurt when the multiple negative feedback hits you.

 

No need to contact eBay, who won't do anything.

 

What you need to do is understand how selling works. There are FAQs, other board members if you have an issue you would like explained (or many), but your selling methods are less than optimal.

Just what is it you need help with.??
