On my new computer l cannot change from us dollars and when l tried to ring for help it is only an american number and smart chat has not been of any assistance to solve this issue.
If l go in and reset my address the details go back to aus but only for a short time.
When looking at sales american sales alwways comes up first.
What have a done wrong and how can l correct thisproblem?

What region is your new computer set to?
I had an issue with other sites telling me I could'nt do things because I was not in Australia (news to me) turned out the new computer had basically 're-set' for no apparent reason and was set on USA as the region in the settings
I don't know if that would do it, but just a thought
