Unusual Transactions from "Eftpos PayPal *Eb_au Sydney Au"

Hello, I have recently noticed a number of unusual transactions, which appear as, "Eftpos Paypal *Eb_au Sydney" for the reference name.

One of these transactions occurred today, and several others have happened repeatedly in previous weeks.

These transactions do not appear on my PayPal account, and I cannot link the money amount to previous eBay purchases. These transactions only appear on the Bank account and nowhere else.

I have also not received any confirmation emails from PayPal regarding these transactions.

I compared these with previous verified/confirmed eBay purchases and these instead appear as, "Eftpos Paypal *Ebay Au Sydney Au" instead of the previously mentioned reference name.

repeated payments weeks apart sounds like afterpay.

If you have used afterpay at any time you would have had to sign up.  If you did, then log into your afterpay acct and check there.  If you didn’t, then contact your bank and ask for more details of the transactions.
