To add, if it is the seller you are yelling about
You gave them positive feedback but a neg comment
You say they ignore emails (any communication has to be kept by eBay messages)
You say they refuse to confirm order cancellation - buyers cannot cancel, only the seller can and the seller does not have to agree when a buyer buys and then changes their mind and wants to cancel)
If, as you say, they did not cancel, why would they refund?

eBay email is bot automated (they are not read by humans)
And if you are also yelling in your emails are you are at other members here, the bots will be even less like to send bot responses
Why do you need to email eBay?

Were you emailing eBay or the actual seller you bought from with your cancel request?
If you were sending emails to eBay, that is either more pointless since
eBay do not sell anything
The seller in question would have never seen the emails and would have no idea you were telling them to cancel anything
