What can be done if negative feedback is received because seller is bitter he had to refund because item not arrived and it is waaaaay past any resonable time frame to expect delivery...AND after we had communicated with seller stating item hadn't arrived and us being told to check post office (yes, that old chestnut!) - Our Post office has ALWAYS notified us of any packages that were there for pick up.
And since our last communication to seller went unanswered, we are now asking for a refund.
Our record is very important to us as we pride ourselves as being Great buyers on Ebay ( Check our record).
