Hi,
I lodged a claim which was turned down against me without any reason. So I called Paypal and asked him why. My claim was about item not as discribed. Paypal told me that the seller had informed me about description of the item in an email. I asked Paypal to point it out in the email by seller but they could not and accepted that there is not any conversation between me and seller about it. The seller lied down to Resolution center that he had informed me multiple times but Paypal didn't check conversation between me and seller and took decision in seller's favour. During the phone call Paypal accepted the seller had lied down to them but they are not ready to provide me resolution in my favour.
How harsh it is!!! Can anybody suggest me what should I do about it?
