When I leave feedback, my user name appears to be different to my ACTUAL user name. Why?

I don't know who e***e is but the user name that should be appearing near my feedback is "remote_dude" of "r***e". My password was skimmed a few weeks ago and I am worried that someone might be mucking around with my Ebay account, even though there don't appear to be any other changes.

Just as feedback you left for buyers does not show their ID

And the code is totally random, it is not the first letter of the user name and last letter of the username with *** in the middle

Nobody is 'mucking around'

eBay has never displayed the buyer's ID

Why?

I assume eBay consider it for the privacy of the buyer

Go and have a look at any feedback left for buyers, do you see anyone's ID ?
