The customer service,
I have read there has been uncancelled and unpaid transaction in my messages.
As far as I know, I have ordered them and have paid and received exactly what was in the messages. Paypal has the record in their statement and in my account has been debited in my bank statement. If there is a double order it could be by mistakes or must have been gone into the direct company. But I dont know exactly how it happened I can't explain it.
I would appreciate very much for your attention to this.
