Why do I get: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later".when I click on Personal Informa

I'm trying to change my email address and I believe the thread is located within Personal Information.

After logging into my account, I click on Account settings and arrive at My Ebay page.

When I click on Personal Information, I'm asked to present my password again. After re-entering my password, I get the message above: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." The later is like tomorrow - it never comes!

Trying to contact eBay is just too hard: there are no clear links that will allow me to talk to someone.

Call back seems to be available to those in America or Canada.

I have tried with VPN both on and off. My browser is Firefox, and I have tried this in Chrome, Brave and Edge.

Any ideas?

Clear all cookies, history, and cached data. Log out.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall.

After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on. Do not use Internet Explorer switch to Microsoft EDGE that comes with Windows 10.
