As explained, it is the charge for Smartycash which. YOU signed up to, and by doing so ticked that you read and agreed to the terms which stated the monthly charge of $19

It’s so frustrating to see people fall for this over and over… Something about human psychology makes it possible for some to skip over information that is needed to make a sane decision!

It is frustrating, and the reason why I often, actually most of the time, don't even open such threads any more, particularly when I don't feel well. I really think we should have a FAQ section. I have seen boards where, when you are about to start a new thread, the FAQ section automatically pops up and you are asked if you have looked at it. I think it is a wonderful idea.

On top of that most people don't even come back to read the replies (like in most threads). It is worse than frustrating. It's depressing.
