I have never had any luck in resolving issues with Ebay. The personnel I am directed to never appear to understand my issues. They never appear to brief each person of issues and I continually have to repeat myself. I feel that Ebay don't really understand how to manage issues and dont have that personal touch- very disappointing and so easily fixed. If you have any issues you are on your own with minimal support from a company that makes a lot of income from the small seller
