Why since eBay changed the duration of listings to Good til Cancelled, all my previous free listing

Why why is that since eBay changed the duration of listings to GOOD TILL CANCELLED, that all my previous listings that were listed for 8 times again automatically, are now receiving Bing a fee and it is growing by the minute.
