Sometimes purchases take a long time to arrive and the record of that purchase no longer displays in my purchase list. Is it possible for me to check my long past purchases?
You will need to change the drop down menu under your purchase history, which goes back roughly three years
If you need something older than 3 years, you can check your mailbox (search for "Order Confirmed").
