can I phone ebay in australia to discuss an invoice

Hi

I received my invoice after selling an item. I have been charged twice for selling the one item and also charged postage, when I posted the item in a registered post envelope I purchased myself at a post office.

I tried to sell the item in January but sale fell through so I relisted it and sold it in February.  Also after I sold it I accidently clicked on the postage button but then cancelled it.  On the invoice I have been charged for postage, but I purchased a registered mail envelope from the post office and sent the item.

I was wondering if it is possible to talk to someone on the phone about this and if so please give me the contact number. Is it possible to have 1 fee for selling the item and the au post shipping fee removed from my invoice.
