I am an eBay seller and received one negative from my customer. Actually, we have try different ways to contact the custoemr and cmoonuicate this issue with him. Indeed, it is not our mistake. We want to know the conditions and steps to apply for a removal bad feedback to eBay. Because we noticed that there are some changes to do this than last year. Can you tell me what these changes are?
