ebay account that is attached to my account but I didn't set it up, where did it come from?

I have just noticed the latest sellers fee's are on another ebay account that I have never set up but is somehow attached to my original account & my paypal account. It has a membership date 20/3/19, how does this happen & can I delete it ?
