ebay asking for account payment but payment has been made

I received my invoice from Ebay and have automatic payment set up, the full amount was taken out of my bank account on 24/06/2013 and was successful. Yet i am being told it was unsuccessful. I need this sorted now so that my account does not get suspended or restricted.

I have also found out the there has been another glitch in ebays system and a lot of people have had the same issues
