ebay doesn't accept my mobile phone number

If nothing above explains the situation, then you should contact eBay chat.
eBay's phone help has been disabled for months. There was a notice on the relevant Help page for quite some time, stating that the call centre was down due to COVID-19 health precautions. Check the relatively uninformative (from a buyer's perspective) page Additional support during COVID-19 for buyers and sellers on eBay to read that:

From time to time, our wait times may be longer than usual. If you're a buyer, we encourage you to search our Help pages for information first. If you're a seller, visit Seller Help, which has a wide range of tools and resources to help manage your selling activity. If you can't find what you need, scroll to the bottom of most Help pages to see ways of contacting us.❞
The eBay Seller Centre page called COVID-19 Updates for eBay Sellers additionally explains that
❝We’ve moved our customer service to our online chat function..❞
To get to eBay chat, go to the bottom of the Help page (https://www.ebay.com.au/help/home😞

Saturday and Sunday
Chat is not available now, as it's past 7 pm on a Sunday evening, so you'll need to wait until the morning.
The only way to get in touch with eBay phone support at present, as far as I am aware, is if there is a security issue with your eBay account. On this page (Tips for keeping your account secure), you will see options for either phoning eBay CS or being phoned by eBay CS.
It is unlikely to be helpful if attempts are made to contact CS via this means for other unrelated issues, but it may be worth keeping in mind for urgent situations.
