ebay not paying up.

The buyer paid ebay 6 days ago and  ebay confirmed this with a email, but no message on my account the item was sent 5 days ago with tracking, but ebay have not paid me, is a large amount. Is anyone having trouble getting paid. Is little amount of help when it comes to seller having issues  with  ebay.

As a "new seller" eBay will hold your funds for around 30 days or until you can show the transaction has been successful.

Have you had your bank account and ID verified for Managed Payments ?  If you haven't you won't get your money until you do.

Is probably your lack of understanding about how eBay selling currently works.

Your money will be paid into your nominated bank account when eBay's requirements have been fulfilled. Including any holds as a new seller, your having signed up to Managed Payments, anything else that might be relevant.

Probably more useful to you than the other poster's lack of anything relevant.

Before selling on eBay, it's advisable to read up on how it works. I've given an overview and provided the relevant links to the Help pages on eBay; read them.
