I have sold two items in the last month and have not received any feedback for either - they were happy when picking up but no feedback left yet - how can I get some feedback either good or bad as I don't want buyers to be unsatisfied with something that I have sold to them

Feedback is voluntary not mandatory.

If you have not heard from the buyer then assume all s ok and move on.

Do not ask for feedback as you might get what you do not like.

Id there was a problem the buyer would have contacted you s to sort anything out one would hope.
