My Question relates to a Rather Unpleasant Experence buying a Spa from the Hayman Group
And I am looking for information about the operators of this Group
My story relates to the process after being the successful winner of an online auction
After processes were completed for Freight and the addition of a cover for the Spa
I bank Transferred a sum of $4500.00 into the Hayman Group nominated bank account
The company obviously do not check or reconsile their Bank Accounts, for approx 16 days after winning the bid I was listed as a non payer by the company and the item was withdrawn and relisted.
Naturally E bay contacted me with regard to this notice and I sent them information about the transaction
I have been attempting to talk to someone at Hayman Group to either get my money back or at least receive the Goods paid for.
The Hayman Group operate a call centre and I have spoken to at lease 30 people who all say "I will Get a Supervisor to Call You Back"
It is now 03.01.2015 and I still have got no answers.
Does any one know the process to get the goods or my $4500.00 back
